WhatsApp Messaging with Punta Piedra Security Starts Today
Beginning today, October 6, Punta Piedra homeowners who are current on their Association fees can communicate directly with Security by WhatsApp message, 24 hours a day.

Two tablets have been placed with the security teams:
Océano / Main Gate: +52 646-155-0541
Villas Gate: +52 646-210-1065
The tablets were donated by a Punta Piedra homeowner and provide another convenient way for residents to contact the guards when assistance is needed.
A Few Important Guidelines
These numbers are for WhatsApp messages only, not telephone calls. If sending a message in English, please also include a Spanish translation so the security team can respond without delay.
The new WhatsApp numbers are intended for communication directly related to Security. Visitor lists, advance guest notifications and similar administrative matters should continue to be handled through the Punta Piedra administrative office, as they are today.
For emergencies requiring police, fire or medical assistance, residents should continue to contact the appropriate emergency services directly.
The goal is simple: make it easier for homeowners and our security team to communicate quickly when something at Punta Piedra needs attention.
