Financial Information
The Association provides regular financial reporting to give Punta Piedra homeowners clear visibility into how community funds are budgeted, received, and spent.
2026 Operating Budget
The annual operating budget reflects the projected income and expenses required to operate and maintain Punta Piedra during the 2026 fiscal year.
It serves as the Association’s financial plan for the year and provides a basis for comparing actual income and expenses with budgeted amounts.
Current Financial Report
The Association’s monthly financial report provides a year-to-date summary of:
- beginning and ending bank balances
- deposits received
- expenditures
- budget vs. actual results
- percentage of budget used by category
The report is updated each month following the Association’s accounting close. Because the report includes year-to-date information, the most current version replaces the prior month’s report.
Reports are generally updated after month-end transactions have cleared and the accounting period has been closed. As a result, expenses incurred near the end of a month may occasionally appear in the following month’s report.
