2026 Association Dues
Association dues are assessed in Mexican pesos (MXN).
At the January 17, 2026 General Assembly, owners approved denominating dues in Mexican pesos to better align Association income with its operating expenses and reduce the impact of exchange-rate fluctuations.

The annual prepayment reflected the one-month discount approved for owners who paid the full year by January 15, 2026.

Monthly dues may be paid in Mexican pesos directly to the Association’s Banorte account.
