Settlement Offer for Outstanding Balances

For owners with an outstanding balance, the Association is offering a limited-time settlement option, available through January 15.

This option is intended to:

• Help owners bring their accounts current
• Reduce long-standing delinquency
• Strengthen the overall financial stability of the community

 After January 15, unpaid accounts will move forward under the Association’s standard collection process, as required by the governing documents, which may include additional fees or legal action.

If you have a balance and would like to resolve it under the settlement terms, we strongly encourage you to contact the office before the deadline.
