Pool, Spa & Access Update
Pool heat remains off, spas are available by request, and a new access code is coming soon
Pool heat remains off as part of the Association’s continuing effort to control operating costs. Spas are heated upon request rather than continuously.
The Océano North hot tub is temporarily closed while electrical repairs are completed.
A small courtesy also makes a noticeable difference around the pool areas. If you move tables or chairs, please return them to their proper places and dispose of any trash before leaving.
Access Code Changing Soon
The access code used for community restrooms and pool entrances will be changing.
Owners who are current on their Association obligations may request the new code from the administrative office by email, phone, or in person during regular office hours.
