Keeping Punta Piedra Peaceful

Share

As more owners and guests arrive for the summer season, we want to remind everyone to be thoughtful with music, gatherings, and outdoor activity.

Punta Piedra is part of the municipality of Ensenada, where residential noise rules apply, including lower permitted levels during nighttime hours.

More importantly, sound carries easily in our coastal community. Music from patios, balconies, pools, and outdoor speakers can travel farther than expected, especially at night.

Please keep music and gatherings at a reasonable volume. Later in the evening, owners are encouraged to move music and larger gatherings indoors whenever possible.

Punta Piedra is a residential community. Please help keep it peaceful.

Owners Are Responsible for Guests

Most summer issues in common areas involve guests who may not know Punta Piedra’s rules.

Owners are responsible for their guests at all times.

Please make sure visitors understand the rules before using the pools, jacuzzis, BBQ areas, courts, and other shared spaces. Guests should be accompanied by owners when using common areas and must follow the same expectations as owners.

This includes rules about noise, glass, trash, pool use, parking, pets, and general conduct.

A few minutes of communication with guests can prevent problems for neighbors, staff, and other owners.
