Improvements Around Punta Piedra
Several useful improvements have recently been completed throughout the community.
New keypad access gates have been installed at the Océano South pool, formerly known as Phase 2. Keypad access is also now available for the restrooms at all three pool areas. Owners in good standing may request the current access codes from the administrative office in person or by email.
Other recent work includes cement-bond repairs to deteriorating decorative walls, new irrigation hardware, private-property signs in common areas, and pool-light timers to reduce unnecessary electricity use.
Several of these projects were made possible by homeowners who provided funds for materials. Our maintenance team then completed the work without additional expense to the Association.

Financial contributions toward approved projects are especially helpful because they allow the Association to purchase the appropriate materials for specific needs. This includes the ongoing protection and maintenance of wood and metal surfaces that deteriorate quickly in our oceanfront environment.
