HOA & Governance
Punta Piedra is administered by Asociación de Colonos Punta Piedra, A.C., the community’s homeowners’ association.
The Association is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and oversight of common areas, shared infrastructure, community services, security, and access control.
How Governance Works
The Association operates in accordance with its governing documents and applicable law.
Day-to-day administration and oversight are carried out by the elected Board of Directors. The Board manages Association operations, oversees community services and finances, enforces Association rules, and carries out decisions approved by the membership.
Certain matters require action by the membership through a duly called General Assembly. The General Assembly provides homeowners with the opportunity to elect directors, consider matters requiring membership approval, and participate in major decisions affecting the Association.
For detailed requirements, rules, and policies, see the Association’s Governing Documents.
