New Private Property Signs Being Installed
New “Private Property” signs are being installed this week in Association common areas, donated by a homeowner at no cost to the HOA.
The signs are intended to make the access rules clear: Association common areas are private property, and access is limited to owners in good standing with Asociación de Colonos Punta Piedra, A.C., and their accompanied guests.
Unauthorized entry is prohibited. Violators will be reported to the police.
