Financial Transparency

The Association provides clear, consistent financial reporting for all members of Punta Piedra.

This section includes:

• The annual operating budget
• Monthly cash flow reports
• Weekly disbursement logs

These documents are published to provide clear visibility into how community funds are planned, received, and spent.

Reports are updated on a regular basis following the Association’s monthly accounting close.

Members may subscribe to website updates to receive notifications when new reports are posted. (Click the “Contact” tab under Member Settings.)
