The Punta Piedra Homeowners’ Association is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and oversight of the community’s common areas, shared infrastructure, and services, including security and access control.

The Association operates in accordance with its governing documents and applicable law, as adopted and amended by the membership. Governance is carried out by the elected Board of Directors and, where required, by the membership through duly called general assemblies.
